FAQ
This edition includes fully functional AVG products which are valid for a period of 30 days.

If the AVG Trial version is displaying that it has already expired, the AVG Trial program was probably installed on the computer before, or the system date has changed since installing AVG.
We suggest you check your system date. System date can be checked this way:
- Start -> Control Panel -> Date and Time
Please select the correct date and click the OK button to confirm.
You can convert your 30 day AVG Trial version into the corresponding full version of AVG software by following these steps:
- Run AVG by clicking on the AVG icon on your desktop or in your system tray bar.
- From the "Help" drop-down menu select "Reactivate".
- Enter your new purchased AVG License Number in the License Number field and click on "Activate".
To convert your AVG Trial version into a different full version of AVG software, kindly follow these steps:
- Download the latest installation file of your purchased AVG product from our website.
- Run the downloaded file and choose the Add/remove components option.
- Then replace your Trial License Number with the newly purchased AVG License Number.
Please note: It is necessary to enter the AVG License Number correctly. We recommend that you use the "copy and paste" method instead of typing the AVG License Number to avoid any possible mistakes.
If you use the trial version of AVG, you are entitled to obtain AVG technical support for the duration of your Trial AVG license (30 days).

- from an interactive web form.
To obtain technical support, you will need to provide the Trial AVG License Number of your AVG product. This can be found in the License component in AVG (Open AVG -> double-click the License component).
Simply "copy and paste" your Trial AVG License Number into the body of your e-mail support request, and your request will be handled promptly.
